The Precision Process
1. To start the Precision process, we determine what the needs of our customers are through our online survey or by phone. If a phone call makes more sense, we will provide a quote based on the conversation (summary of the conversation will be included with quotation).
2. Files are transferred to Precision ProFile via our Send Files page. We then review the designs to make sure we have all the information needed to provide a quote.
3. A quotation is provided to the customer identifying which files will be used, what the finished product will include, the anticipated time frame for delivery, and price.
4. Files are transferred from Precision ProFile to the customer.
5. Payments can be processed through check, credit card, or PayPal.

NECESSARY FILES:
CAD – If the contractor has received them, they can be e-mailed, sent through our website, or shipped as paper files. We can use a variety of file formats like the standard AutoCAD .DWG and .DXF, as well as numerous exclusive formats.
Paper Plans – Send on over the paper plans through our website so we can use them in designing the 3D model of the project itself. If need be, you can ship the paper plans to us, and we can scan them in ourselves. These plans are important so that we can design the model exactly the way it’s supposed to be.
